Level 5 Management Coaching and Mentoring
The Level 5 Management Coaching and Mentoring qualification is awarded to outstanding individuals. Awarded by the Chartered Management Institute, it is recognised throughout the public and private sectors and across all management disciplines.
The aim is to support the development of your coaching and mentoring skills, which can be used to provide impact in the workplace. The coaching and mentoring skills you will develop can immediately be implemented to lead and manage individuals and teams to deliver aims and objectives in line with organisational strategy.
Level 5 Award in Management Coaching and Mentoring
Qualification Reference Number: 600/9465/5
Learners need to complete any combination of units to a minimum of 6 credits. The minimum Total Qualification Time is 60 hours, including 40 Guided Learning Hours.
Level 5 Certificate in Management Coaching and Mentoring
Qualification Reference Number: 600/9466/7
Learners need to complete any combination of units to a minimum of 18 credits. The minimum Total Qualification Time is 180 hours, including 130 Guided Learning Hours.
Level 5 Diploma in Management Coaching and Mentoring
Qualification Reference Number: 601/0103/9
Learners need to complete all units totalling 42 credits to achieve this qualification. The minimum Total Qualification Time is 420 hours, including 285 Guided Learning Hours.
Design, Delivery, Duration and Assessment…
We work with you to design your CPD programme so that it is bespoke to your context, ensuring the mode of delivery meets your needs.
For individuals, we provide a self-directed study delivery method for the content of our qualifications and work with you to support your self-directed study journey. For organisations, we can also provide a face-to-face, distance learning or blended learning delivery model that meets your specific requirements.
The length of study time will depend on the units chosen to study. As a rough guide:
Award: 1-3 months
Certificate: 3-6 months
Diploma: 6-12 months
We have developed approved assignment briefs for each of the units, ensuring that you can meet the respective assessment criteria for this qualification.
The assignment briefs provide best practice guidelines, examine work-based scenarios, and encourage you to apply coaching and mentoring tools, models and theories, to real life workplace situations.
Once you complete and submit your assignment briefs we then provide a direct route to accreditation.
